How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri) for UK orders- shipped with Royal Mail, 4-10 working days for EU orders and 10-18 working days for Rest of the World orders.
On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 7 working days of ordering (UK), please email us at email@example.com and allow us 5-8 working days to carry out the investigation.
Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee to refund any full price item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. Please include a note in the return stating the reason for your return, your name, address and what you wish to do – exchange (Specify size) or refund. Please include a phone number just in case we have any questions. We will contact you if there is a difference in value to the original transaction to organise payment or refund. Customers will be asked to cover the cost of dispatching exchanged items. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Returns by Post
If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.
Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
